This guided mini 9D Breathwork experience and floating sound bath combines immersive sound, breath, voice, and gentle somatic cues to support a powerful 20-minute nervous system reset. You’ll be guided into your body, invited to release stress, soften anxiety, and return to a deeper sense of calm.

After the breathwork experience, you’ll continue floating on your own private airbed as a melodic sound bath surrounds you with gentle harmonic vibrations, giving your body time to rest, integrate, and receive.
