Aliento, a division of Pepperdine University Graduate School, offers an annual cultural and clinical immersion program in a Latinx country. Students must cover the full cost of the course, travel, lodging, and related expenses, making this opportunity financially restrictive, but too meaningful to pass up. Your contribution through this event will help future therapists serve Latinx, immigrant, and Indigenous communities with culturally responsive care. This year, fourteen students will travel to Mexico City, and are asking for our support, so we are throwing them a tea party!!

Join us, and the Aliento students, for a wonderful immersive tea party experience. The event begins with a warm welcome at the Victorian carriage house, where complimentary wine and delightful non-alcoholic elixirs await at the charming bar. Sip, sparkle, and wander as you mingle with fellow guests and capture enchanting photos among the dreamy exterior of the manor.

From there, you’ll be invited inside the grand house, where a touch of magic lingers in the air. Guests will craft their very own intention potions, choosing from over 30 herbs and botanicals. With a bit of guidance, you’ll learn how to invite in bright, positive energy while gently whisking away the rest. A guided tour of the Victorian manor adds even more wonder to your journey.

At last, you’ll arrive in the formal dining room for a truly splendid tea service. Indulge in a delightful spread of soup, salad, three decadent desserts, delicate tea sandwiches, and a curated selection of teas to sip and savor.

An afternoon of beauty, magic, and indulgence.....all in the name of community and higher learning.
