Chicken BBQ Fundraiser – Hosted by Gale-Wyn Catering
Sunday, September 28th | 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Phelps Community Center, 8 Banta St.
Enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner featuring ½ chicken, salt potatoes, macaroni salad, and coleslaw.
Pre-sale Pick-Up:
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM in the front loop of the Phelps Community Center parking lot.
Important Notes:
- Please arrive at your designated pick-up time to avoid delays.
- No physical ticket is required — your email address will be used to confirm your order.
- Dinners not picked up by 1:45 PM will be made available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis until 2:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
