Sometimes I like to call improv “the process of continuously noticing”.

So what can we notice in scenes and stories? There are so many details, both big and small everywhere around us when we improvise: the environment, objects, our characters, other people’s characters.

When we take the time to look around and notice things in improv, what do we see?

How we can use this information to define and propel our scenes? And what does that do to our improv in general, when we slow down and notice? There's a rich world of detail there for us in every scene and story, if we take the time to see it!

BATS Improv Class Refund Policy

• If you cancel more than 96 hours (4 days) before a class begins, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee.
• If you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of your first class, or any time after your first class session, your tuition will be forfeit.

In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
